"In this video, we will talk about my teaching approach to the hip hop. So, because I am working with women older than 30 years old and 30 years old women, it's very important to get a very good warm up, to get your body ready to a good performance and a good work. We have, when we start getting a little bit more not older, but mature, we need to get more importance to our bodies. We should be taking care of our bodies, our whole lives since we are kids actually, but we have no conscious when we are younger, we don't feel something can happen to us. So my warm up it's going to be very important in this video, it's going to be very important the stretching, the strength of the muscles on your body and to show you that we are able to do anything we propose to do it but with a good preparation and a good warm up. Then I will approach also musicale that it's so important in hip hop, the beat and the half beats and the weight of your body, the shift in weights so we will be doing some flow stuff too with that."
