"Hi, in this clip, we're going to again work on those lower chakras. We're going to do another figure eight. Typically, it's called the Turkish figure eight or again, it's the creating the sacred shape, the infinity. This one starts, your hip starts at the back. And so you rotate your hip to the back, you bring it to the side, forward, you close your first loop, your first circle, and now the other hip is automatically in the back. Now you bring it around, forward and again you continue. I know that when I started, I could not tell the difference between an Egyptian figure eight and a Turkish figure eight. It took a little time, but in time I could see it. I could see the beginning and the end of each one. But again, you're creating and feeling a sense of that infinity, eternity, so enjoy the movement. And again, find your own. With this movement, you can travel forward and back and side."
