"In this clip we're going to continue to take the energy up and now we're going to move up to our throat chakra, our third eye chakra, and our crown chakra. The colors are blue for the throat, indigo for your third eye, and purple for your crown chakra. We're going to take nice deep breaths, we're going to move our head down and relax, close your eyes and really feel the pleasure of this movement, releasing all tension. Take your breath work when you head is down and release your breath work when your head is up. Do a few to one side and when you're ready, reverse it and continue that movement. It's like a massage to the neck. At the same time, think of the chakra's, think of the colors and think of all the energy that you awakened from the feet and your root chakra and moving up and balancing all these energies in your body."
