So let's open the heart chakra and stretch the muscles; we're going to go up and down, up and down and don't forget your breath work; and now slide your chest right left, right left. Then now let's do the diamond shape up; right, back; left, up; right, back and left; and now let's smooth it out and remember to keep the lower part of the body stable and just awaken your heart chakra, your throat chakra; your solar plexus and breathe. And you're connecting your sensual energies to your spiritual energies.
