"Hi, in this clip we're moving up the energy now from the feet up to our hips, and before we start any work there, we're going to stretch our lower back and the back of our legs. So, open your legs and go straight down, and again, touch the Earth. Connect with the Earth and feel it, and take nice, deep breaths, fill your belly, and go over to your right side and stretch, and you can pulse very gently. Feeling the strength of your legs and again, practicing gratefulness for all our muscles and our feet and move over to the left and gently pulse there, and now move over to the center touch Mother Earth again and get closer and stretch and now close your legs. Gently tuck your chin into your chest and take a nice, deep breath and start coming up slowly, gently, vertebrae by vertebrae."
