"In this clip we are going to start stretching. I like to awaken the energy from the feet up. So in the last clip we connected and we grounded and we were grateful to our center. We're going to start moving our feet in circles. And we are going to reverse the direction. And at the same time we're also balancing. And I like to practice the mantra. So that I'm also doing physical and spiritual at the same time. My mantra at this moment, I'm telling myself I am balanced. So besides helping me in the dance, and reverse it to the other direction, I'm also practicing mantra that helps me stay balanced throughout the day. We're going to go on relevay. And gain balance and down."
