"Now, I'm going to show you specifically the Arrange window in Logic. The Arrange window is this window that starts up and opens automatically when you open Logic. It gives you all the different types of tracks, your audio tracks here, instrument tracks, which are different than MIDI, and then your general MIDI tracks. The Range window is set so that on the bottom is where you're going to end up changing the size to zoom in or zoom out on the bottom left. Then, you have different parameters for each channel over here on the left. Say I'm on an instrument channel. It's going to give me all the information I need for that instrument, which I can wind so I can see everything. It’ll give you all the information you need, show different things, tell you what you want to do. If you want to get rid of that to see you EQ in your end search, just hit the small arrow next to instrument. Now, up here are the various tools that are going to be used, you know, from draw inkings into erasing, to selecting, to cut, to mute, volume changes, et cetera. Those are going to be the areas where you find the tools you use. The Arrange window is where you do most of your editing, and most of your recording, and the main view you're going to use when you're in Logic."
