"With the wheel going at a moderate speed you can use the flat part of the rib to smooth out the interior surface and what we are doing is applying a slight downward pressure and then cleaning the edge of the wooden rib off each time and we want a smooth interior surface applying slight pressure. This step might have to be repeated two to three times and we want to remove any excess water from the form."
