"In this clip, I'm going to tell you the differences between choosing the standard auto tune in Logic or the vocal transformer. Now the basic auto tune in Logic is going to show you different notes that you can use and you're going to unhighlight the ones that aren't in the key. So when you're playing those notes, you're going to see where the actual vocal coming in is and what notes it's hitting on. And now, this response here is going to pull you, how much of it you actually hear. The quicker the response, the more it's going to change the original vocal. Now as you may not be able to hear, the background vocals on this are actually the same vocal tract as the original. They're just background vocals because I have changed what pitch they are, to make it sound like there's more than one vocal going on at the same time. And that's this vocal transformer here. That allows you to get a sound like this here, which is one note. And so I specifically put those in certain places to create the idea that somebody else is singing in lower harmony with the higher harmony as well as with the original vocal."
