"So the next step is to work on your horse's neck. Again you do this by beginning jostling up and down the horse's neck. Light, moderate and heavy pressure, up and down. Stopping to treat any areas that are noticeably tight. And then palpating the groove on the side of the horse's neck with your thumb up and down light, moderate and heavy pressure. And treating by doing some palm compression circles up, up the neck light and back down light. Up heavier pressure and then as heavy pressure as you and the horse can stand, up and down a couple of times. Until the horse lets you know that he is done with it."
