"As we already previously learned, a good Feng Shui design is a good solar design. So southeast in Feng Shui relates to prosperity and wealth and this is why you want to enhance that area. So it's good, you'll like it if architecturally there is a beautiful room there. If there is a kitchen or family room or a dining room so but what you really don't want to have in the southeast is the garage because it's blocking that beautiful and precious energy. What you also don't want to have in the southeast is a storage room or a restroom. What you want to do in the southeast is, is to create a feeling, an emotion of prosperity and wealth and wood and water are good elements that will help us to enhance the energies there. So wood because it's raising energy and water because it has vibrancy."
