Video Transcript

"Keeping your hands wet, what you'll be doing is, from the top, you'll be compressing it, pushing that rod down into itself. Your left hand is pushing in, your right hand, the palm of your right hand, is pushing down and you want to go straight down, just to compress that shaft right back into itself. At this point, centering, again, left hand pushing in, right hand pushing down, equal pressure, full pressure, and then slowly taking your hands away."
