"In double leg circles, just layer it down a soft mat or a carpet and bring both legs up. You put your heels together, toes apart and put your hands right behind the leg. Working with the double leg circles is going to connect all the way down the leg, all the way down to your abdominal muscle. Some people put their hands right against their leg to keep the toes up toward the ceiling, other people put their arms out on the floor. And you draw a circle, nothing moves but the hip down. And you're breathing deep through your nose. Exhale. Tightening, nothing moving but the hip down. Inhaling and exhaling. Use that big toe just like a pencil on the ceiling. You can make a wider circle if you can isolate the movement. And how many times circling you go around, you always reverse it and go back the other way. Inhaling and exhaling. Keep the breath with it. And each time that you're circling, try to make a wider circle, but isolate the movement. And one more time, deep breath in and a deep breath out. Just bring your knees in to release the."
