"Leg circle for the left. Find yourself a soft surface and lay right down. And, bring the left leg up. Right leg goes down on the floor with the toes towards you. And, take the hands and issue behind the leg and lengthen it up tall. Without pulling, guide that straight leg in towards you and up high with the left foot in with the right foot. Take both arms right out on the floor. Pin in the back right on the floor. Make a circle and as you make that circle inhale through your nose and exhale. Go right back around. And, as you keep drawing a circle you keep reaching higher and higher with that big toe just like it's a pencil. Inhaling and exhaling. And, inhaling and exhaling. You can make a wider circle if you wish, if you can isolate the movement. And, then reverse the direction. Just make a circle wide or make it small. But, connect from the foot to the hip only. Inhaling deep through your nose. Exhaling through your nose. And, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your nose. Then bring the knees right back in towards you and release that."
