"Leg circling works from the lower back all the way down the leg. Just find a soft surface to lay down, and bring up your right leg. Now, you want to extend that leg right up, and you want to take that left leg in the floor and tuck the toes toward you. You can take your hands right around that leg, and lengthen it just a little bit more, and reach for just a little bit higher. Then take your arms out on the floor and you want to pretend like your big toe is like a pencil, and you want to make a circle. Now, as you make that circle, though, you isolate the movement from the foot to the hip. It's more effective by making a wider circle, but if any other part of your body is moving, then, by all means, make a smaller circle. And after you've rolled that circle right around, then stop and reverse and go right back again, keeping the left side mobilized right into the floor, breathing deep D and Os. And exhale, and another deep breath in. And exhale. Then bring your knees right in, and release sigh."
