"Spinal twist on the ball, is very good for the spine. Just take the ball and set it down, and sit on that ball. You try to put your feet on a mat or something your feet will stick to firmly, and sit up tall. To balance yourself on the ball, if you open up the sternum on the center part of your chest, it's easy to balance. Reach out with those hands like somebody's got both hands taken them away from you. In a spinal twist your shoulders are lifted back, and the top of your head is towards the ceiling; inhale, look right over your right shoulder, and then exhale, come right back to the center; then inhale, look over your left shoulder, and then exhale, come center; inhale, look over your right shoulder, and then exhale, come center; inhale, look over your left shoulder, and exhale, come center; reaching with those hands, inhale, look over towards the right, exhale to the center; inhale, look over towards your left, exhale, center; inhale, one more time to the right, exhale center; and inhale one more time to your left, and exhale center, and then bring your arms right down."
