"In a pendulum ball, you start off with grounding the feet in this mountain posture. You want the heels together, toes apart, firmly into the floor or the mat. Then take the ball and lift it right up tall. As you lift up tall, though you try to take your finger tips on the ball, you rest your hands on it. But if you put your finger tips on it, you're going to connect deep between the fingers all the way down to the shoulders. You keep your legs straight; inhale, go to your left, and exhale, go to the right; reaching tall with that ball, so you're working on the torso of the body; inhale, and exhaling; inhaling, and exhaling; reaching with that ball all the way to one side, reaching up high, and then out to the other side; inhale, and exhale; inhale, exhale; and one more time to the left; inhale, and then exhale, one more time to the right, and then bring the ball right down."
