"Right arm extension on a ball. By using a ball, it helps you with balancing, but it also helps with strengthening the core of the body. Just take the ball and sit down on the ball, you take both feet out in front of you, and just firmly grip onto a carpet or a mat, and sit right up tall. Now take your left hand over to that right thigh, and take that right arm straight up. You want to feel the connection now between your right hand, the right shoulder, and your right hip, and then you lean over looking down towards your left knee. Now as you reach for with that hand, breathe in deep through your nose, and exhale; you want to feel the connection between the right hand, the right shoulder and your right hip; another deep breath in, exhale. Now you can take that arm down diagonally in front you, and reach right out, away from you, so it actually connects now between the right hand, the right shoulder to your right low back to the right kidney; breathe in deep through your nose, and exhale; and once more, deep breath in, exhale, and then come all the way back up."
