"Engaging larger muscles of the buttock and the back muscles. The buttock muscle connects with the lower back. And so if you just lay right down on a soft surface again and just lay your back right on the floor and bring your knees right in towards you. Now take a deep breath and bring those arms out and then exhale bring the knees right down. Now here inhaling coming out, but when you exhale bring your hands right down and bring those knees right in towards you. And then release the legs right out. Inhale and then exhale. Bring those knees right in towards you. Inhale reach right out. Exhale. Your back has to stay flat on the floor to secure it. And you reaching out like somebody's got you by the toes and the fingers and you bring that right back in again. Take a deep breath and reach right out. Exhale bring that deep right in towards you. And inhale reach right out. And exhale bring the knees in and start right back down in the starting position."
