"Connecting low back with the buttock muscle is great for the low back. Just lay right down, and take that strap around your right foot. As you take it around your right foot equalize the length of strap, and this time here, just take your left arm left leg right down on the floor, and the toes go right in towards you. Now walk that those hands up that strap as this right knee's coming right in towards you. Sometimes it's helpful to wrap that hand right around that strap. Now here, you can take this left hand; if it works for you, hold onto the foot to bring that knee a little bit deeper in. But you want to position that left leg straight on the floor, with the toes in towards you, so your back is secured, and you want to bring that right knee right in towards you. Now breathe in deep through your nose, and exhale. And if the left hand doesn't touch the foot, hold right onto your strap. Breathe in deep through your nose, and exhale, and once again; deep breath in, and exhale and then release."
