"Stretching the lower back is very good. A lot of tension settles in our lower back. Just find a comfortable surface to lay down upon and bring your hands right around your knees. Now here, you want to just gently guide, not pull, you want to guide those knees in towards you. And, as you do that, you feel your back settling right down, your elbows coming right inward. Now breath in deep through your nose, and exhale. And a couple more deep breaths in, exhale. And each time that you breathe, keep guiding those knees right in towards you. Another deep breath in, exhale. Now, at this point here, you should be able to take your hands around and connect them together. But, if not, just wrap your arms around your legs and just visualize like somebody is sitting right on you. And, as you feel those knees come right down, breath in deep through your nose and exhale. And another deep breath in and exhale, release."
