"So once you have the feet and the legs, creating a firm foundation for Triangle Pose, so we're going to bring the arms up to shoulder height, arms parallel to the earth, chest open, shoulders down from the ears, shoulder blades tripping down the back, reaching out through the fingertips. This will feel very familiar if you've been practicing your Virabhadrasana II, Warrior II, it's the same thing. We just have a forward knee that's straight. So, keep the shoulders down, continue to bring the energy out through the fingertips up to the crown of the head, down through the tail bone, breathing, balancing, preparing for the next step in Triangle, Trikonasana. Continue to breath."
