"So it's important to coordinate the heels with your feet in your wide stance. We have the length of one leg between the feet, but you also want to make sure that the heels are in the same line. So we've used the strap here to show that, that the back heel is right behind the forward heel. So, they're in a line. You can have an imaginary line from your forward heel right to the back of the back heel. You want them to be in the same plane, in the same line. That's going to help in positioning the hips as we move forward into Triangle Pose. So remember, the back heel, the back foot is angled between forty and forty five degrees, the forward foot is ninety degrees. And there's a direct line between the heels. They're line up on the same line. You can use your strap if you like so you can see that visually. And also, use the strap to determine that your feet are one leg length apart."
