"So we need to set our foundation for trikonasana, triangle pose. We need to start with the feet, building a strong foundation so that we can build up from there. So once again, we want to create a stance where the feet are about one of your leg length's apart. And again, if you're not used to that, you can use yoga tie or a neck tie or a belt to measure the outside of your leg, place that on your yoga mat and then use that as a guide to distance your feet, so that your feet become parallel, use your second toes to determine that and just stand there for a moment and feel the bases of your triangle pose. Again, one of your legs should be between your feet. And this is the best way to begin the foundation of trikonasana pose as we're about to move into it, positioning the feet, angling the feet and going to the posture."
