Video Transcript

"Our last balancing pose is a little more challenging, so I encourage you to take your mat toward the wall so that you're at an arm's distance. Now standing on your left leg, bend the right knee and stretch your arms out to the side so that your left hand can touch the wall. Then you're going to hinge at the hips and stretch your right leg back behind you and bring your torso more parallel to the floor. Hug the mid-line with both legs, there's an even effort, but then soften in your heart, an open, full freedom, Virabhadrasana 3. Inhale, bend the knee, and come all the way back to center. Release, and repeat for the second side. You can turn and then go to the other side. Right arm out, standing on the right leg, bend the left knee, sweep the left leg behind you to extend, hug in with the legs. Take your torso more parallel to the floor, and then inhale, lift back up and release."
