Video Transcript

"Garudasana, the Eagle Pose. Start by taking your feet together and then standing on your left leg, cross the right knee over the left and bend your knees. Now you've got to hug the legs into the mid-line so there's steady effort through the legs. Sweep the arms out like an eagle, make the heart soft and braid, and then cross your left elbow over the right taking the palms together, and you can bend the knees a little bit more deeply. Breathe here, feeling the steadiness of the legs, the effort in the legs, but keeping the heart soft, the skin soft, and then inhale and sweep open, exhale and release. And repeat on the second side."
