"So another way to recover and relax the back is to sit on the feet and then drop the body forward with the head down. And then take the arms around behind you and drop the shoulders down towards the floor. Go to your breathing and allow the breath to fill you completely and then relax and sink into this position. It's a very peaceful relaxing position to be in. Allow yourself to settle."
