"To recover from these back twisting exercises, it's important to do something that relaxes the back and allows it to settle back down after the dynamic stretching. So simply bring your knees up to your chest again and then wrap your arms around your legs, and we're just going to roll from side to side, rocking back and forth and concentrating on breathing, relaxing and letting go. When you've done that release your legs, allow them to go long on the floor, put your arms at your side and breathe."
