"With the cross knee drop, we're going to bring the knees up again. And we're going to take the right knee. And cross it over on top of the left leg. And then from here, we're going to draw both legs, down to the right. Under the right elbow. So the pressure of the right leg on top of the left knee, is going to pull in the hip area, here. As well as the back. And then we're going to go to our breath and breathe. Turn the head, look down the far arm. Relax. To replicate this on the other side, we'll simply come up. Cross the legs the other way. Take it down to that side. And turn the head."
