"Here I have a miniature version of a tea baker that's used in Taiwan. And this is an electric baker, there's also the traditional charcoal baker. And this miniature baker will have a key adjuster here and then the heat source is some wire coils and then the tea goes up here on this, on this screen here. So you just pour the tea here and then you add the tea and then turn on the baker and then it will start to produce this aroma and it will actually make the room smell quite sweet. So that's a really great way to get people excited about tea as they smell the flavor from here. With this baker I could bake the tea anywhere from three hours to, to twelve hours depending on the amount of, of finish that I want add to the tea. So this is a little bit about the baking process of Oolong."
