"The central point of 10 Zen Qigong takes place at this central area of the body. From the toes up and from the head down, the center point meets just below the navel. From the front inwards and from the back inwards, we meet at one central point in the center of our being. That point is what we concentrate on as we breathe in 10 Zen Quigong. When we breathe in from that point we should have a feeling of expanding out into this area that I call the cauldron, like a bowl filling up outwards, in every direction, filling up and then as we breathe out, contracting back to that single point. Filling as we breathe in, contracting as we breathe out. Eventually as you practice this practice you want to feel it expanding, not just into the cauldron, but out into all the parts of the body, as you breathe in, and then contracting back down to that point as you breathe out."
