Okay, a lot of people when they want to hit the ball longer, they get all tense. And they, their bodies are tense and they just take the club back and they take this big swing. But if you are not engaging the hips and shoulders properly, it may seem like it's big but you're really not efficiently generating power. So, if you are at the carnival and you see the big strong muscle guy taking the sledge hammer and hitting the bell and it doesn't even hit the bell at all. Then the scrawny guy comes with nice technique, generates a lot of speed with the sledge hammer and rings the bell every time. It's really the same concept. So with this club, I want you to start, you want to learn control and you want to do the balance drill and you want to do everything else that we've talked about. But finally, you are going to take some balls and I want you to just think about hitting the ball hard. So but you want to do it with good tempo. Because, you see, if you just swing like a maniac, the club is going to hinge and it's no good. So work on hitting it hard with a controlled swing. So you are going to develop two things, control and power. So focus on, let's try one more swing. I want you to focus on hitting it hard but using the hips and shoulders because this will help train you to do that. If you try to swing like a maniac, it will hinge. So let's try it one more time. So this is going to be as powerful as I can. So this will help you develop control with your power so you will have confidence when you swing hard.
