"We're going to show you here how to focus on deltoids, the front part of the shoulder. So as you have your partner in either a kneeling, we'll come up on our knees here. And now your partner wants to activate their abs to control their posture. And as they pull back here, just make sure that you don't have them come back so far that you got tension with their traps up in their ears. And as your partner is going to try to pull forward as you're applying resistance at above the wrist joint, so below the elbow, above the wrist joint, and then your partner is going to pull away. Pull towards you, there you go. And release. And then have your partner pull away. And release, and we're going to try to keep those elbows in closer towards the side. We'll come back, and now release. And they're building integrity as you're applying resistance right here, into the front part of the shoulder. And release, working eight to ten reps for beginners, ten to twelve and up, one to three sets."
