"The first thing that I always do is put the, when you're coming up with the focal flowers and starting your designing in the bouquet, is I put it into a container down with Oasis in there just to hold it, cause this is basically where the bridal bouquet's going to be viewed at. This bouquet we're going to use is a little bit more of a traditional one with roses, and you need to start with your focal flowers which is the first flowers, the bigger flowers that you're going to use. The first one you try to do is put something down and just put it into the holder and try to keep it straight up at twelve o'clock, so when the bride's actually walking down the aisle, if she wants to take a quick look to see where her flowers are and what she's noticing, you always have a flower right up on top. So that she can look down and know that she's holding the bridal bouquet correctly, cause if she doesn't, she'll either drop it down like this, or it starts to go crazy and it doesn't look as well in the photographs and you don't think about that until you get the photographs back. What I try to do then is put in your next three, or the next two flowers which is going to be the focal of this one. We're going to do a fairly round bouquet with a little slight cascade to it. It's going to be a little bit informal. Try to keep the flowers at different heights for different depths on the flowers when you see them. It adds interest to it as well so it's not this right tight ball, unless that's what the bride's aiming for. I'm going to, we're doing a little bit more casual, so that now when you see the flowers you'll see these big nice cabbage roses, which is going to make it a little bit informal for the bride and that's the look we're going after. And the first thing you do when you start designing is you place your focal flowers into the bouquet."
