"The last and final step is to get rid of these glue strings like I have all over my hands here. The easiest way of doing that is taking a toothbrush, an old toothbrush and just coming through it. This is pulling any of the unsightly lines out and then the next thing after that is go ahead and install it. Now you have already put a hook on the back of it, make sure when you install it because of the flowers that you put on it that the weight has not started to weigh it sideways so it starts to tilt so you need to take it and hold it up and actually hang it on to something, pretty much the way it is going to be hung at the final product. So the very last step is go ahead and checking your design out to make sure it is working and that everything is adjusted the way you'd like it to be adjusted and take all the excess glue off of it."
