"Now that you've decided where the bride should wear the corsage, what you need to do is think about the clothing that she's going to be wearing. If she's wearing a long-sleeved dress with a very soft sleeve, you don't want to put anything on it so that it bulges over and hides it. Or, you don't want to put it up here, where it's going to be hugging her arm too tight, if it's in a very heavy material. If she's wearing a sheer top, or a soft fabric, to hold it, to pin something on the fabric and have it fall off, is, hang down and sag, it'll be a pain, and it could also ruin the clothes. There are ways with magnets, that they have out now, for the holders, where you could actually put it on the fabric if the person doesn't want to put a pin hole through the fabric that she has. If you want to attach it to a purse, you could keep it with same handle, with the same wristlet, and just wrap it onto the purse, and wrap it around it, or you could take a pin and pin it onto the purse. As far as the hat, that's something that could be glued into, or around the neck, just a simple choker, or ribbon, and glue it to the neck. So it's always important to find out what your fabric is, so that your corsage will actually wear the way you would like it to be seen, and that's the next important step in making a corsage for an individual."
