"We're going to redefine the right hand side of the face a little more. Using the hair color to do that. Because you work color against color. OK. Defining the chin some more. So that the chin pops out a little better. So painting portraits is blocking in and then start defining. And then redefining, working color against color is very important. And you just have to keep working it, you know one color into another until the whole painting is done. It's not simply just painting it once. It's because sometimes you got to paint it many times to get it the way you want. And there's many things that could be done. See? Even that can make it look a lot more interesting."
