"Now right now Robi's going to figure out how to deal with having a leash around her neck. Now you'll know that she also has a harness on, which has not been effective in other situations. So we want her on a neck collar so that we have more control over her. Before today she hasn't had a leash attached to the neck collar, so what you're going to see is a dog figuring it out. She's going to go to the end of it, she's going to wriggle around a little bit, because she doesn't understand why she's being held there. So, what our job is to do is to say, right next to me is great. The leash is loose, and it's a lot of fun over here, but if you go to the outside, that's sort of out of bounds. And it will help her figure out that it's good to go with the leash. But like any puppy, she's going to wriggle around, she going to be a little goofy, and she's not sure what to think about it yet. So let's go. Let's go, good. Let's go. Come on, come on, good. Good. Good. Good. Good. In the past if she resisted at all, she would was allowed to get rid of it. So right now she's trying to get rid of the leash, and she feels just a little bit insecure with the dogs barking next door, so she's actually ready to defend herself against them as well. So she's got a little added stress, but what I want to show her is that she's safe, that she's in the place that I'm putting her. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Right now she's trying to put me where her owner is, and get closer to mom. And I'm asking her to come away, so that's a little tougher, because I'm asking her to leave her security zone. And to come hang out with me a little bit. Good. Good."
