Video Transcript

"As we teach our dog to come, we want to expand their range of difficulty. As you see, she already knows it, she's already responding to the word. But, I have a helper off-camera who's going to pull her away from me. We'll demonstrate how to get her to turn around. So as she goes, I'm going to have the line loose, and say, "Karma, come," and I'm backing up to encourage her to come to me. "Good girl. Good, come. Good. Good. Good." The goal is to have your dog come straight to you and sit looking up at you. Nothing else should distract them from you. This is a moment for the two of you. "Here, here. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Free. Good girl.""
