"We've been working around our rubber band, and you can see we really got our rubber band covered nicely, we got a little bit of space right there, so just stretch it out and kind of push down to really get all that covered up, and you're just going to keep working, and just keep going underneath, pulling up your yarn, and pulling it through the two. This is something that's really simple and it doesn't take a lot of time. If you're looking to sell any kind of handy crafts or something at a fair, this is something that's really easy to do, and with all the different colors and patterns you can glue sequence on there if you want to, you can really create something that's individual and customized to each person, without spending too much time on a project. Okay, now that we've got our metal covered up, and you want to check your whole rubber band and make sure nothing is showing, we got a little bit of space there, so we're going to go ahead and push it down a little bit more, and try to add in one or two more little bits of yarn; I think that one will do it, there we go. And what we're going to do to close it up is, you can see how the chains right on top right here, so we're just going to go underneath this one, and pull some yarn through under here, and instead of pulling it through the two, you're just going to take that same loop and just keep pulling it all the way underneath your first one. And then you're going to cut it off, and kind of give yourself a little bit of room, because what we're going to do is we're going to take our starting piece of yarn and we're going to tie them together, and pull it really tight, and this will really help it keep from coming undone, because this is a rubber band that we're going to be pulling on and expanding it, so we're just going to tie this and I'm going to do it one more time, and we're going to go ahead and cut off these. And again if you're using artificial fiber yarns, you can take your lighter, and just melt those little fringes. Remember don't get it too close to the flame, otherwise you'll turn your yarn brown. And you see, it kind of melts like that, and there we go, we have a nice rubber band that you can just put on the edge of your hair. And with the single crochet it doesn't really add too much, but it's just a nice little bit of color, and a little bit of style to a simple rubber band."
