"In wheelchair tennis, you probably don't get quite as many injuries as wheelchair basketball, because there's not as much running the wheelchair, but we'll be chasing balls, and running to the screen, or whatever, but probably the primary injury you get in wheelchair tennis, is tennis elbow, so you want to get a good racket, and you might want to stretch your forearms, and get strong, but you know for a new player, that's not likely it's going to be a big issue. The main thing is just get a tennis racket, get some tennis balls, and get on the court, because it's a fitness thing. I don't care if you roll down the street, or you play basketball, or you run marathons, or you do pushups, or you swim, whatever, we have to get out of the house and go do something. Just me being here today, just doing this twenty minute demo, I've got it in my head. It's like, I want to go play tennis. My heart's beating and I'm having fun. I'm a little bit competitive, but I want to get my buddies, and we play a lot of doubles in wheelchair tennis, so we'll get like four guys in wheelchairs, and then it gets really fun, because we're covering the core. We've got guys going into the net, and guys staying back, and we're laughing and we're having a good time, and yeah, we have the U.S. Open, and yeah we have players at big, big time events, but a lot of times it's just getting some guys in your community together, and starting a little program."
