"The Hu is a great tool for working with your dreams. Especially remembering your dreams. Dreams are ancient, they go all the way back to the Egyptians, the Greeks, the Babylonians, the Hebrews, every known society on the planet have used dreams as a form of guidance. Half the people we run into all say the same thing. Fifty percent of America doesn't remember their dreams, they wish they could. Well, here's a technique that works, and it works 100% of the time. You lay down, you get ready to go to sleep, before falling of to sleep, you first Hu. Just say Hu three times. Inhale Hu (Chant demo). Once you Hu, it sets that vibration or frequency for the sleep state so that dreams can come in. And, when you wake up, do it night one, night two, night three, when you wake up in the morning, you will begin to remember your dreams. And, remember, don't move. As soon as you remember them, freeze, write it down in the journal. A fragment, a word, or the dream, because you have about one minute. Dreams are like smoke, they disappear after the first minute. And that is how you can use the Hu to remember your dreams. And, when I do my dream journaling, and remembering dreams. This is my little method. You can use it if you like. I'm laying down, I keep the dream journal and the pen under my pillow, right under my pillow. And then I end up sleeping on this side, so when I wake up, I take my little hand and I go right underneath the pillow and I gently slide it out. And, I'm right handed, so there you go. Then I haven't moved, and I'm still in that zone, that frequency, I'm in alignment with the dream state, that state of consciousness, and then I just start writing, and I let it flow in. And, it takes awhile. I've been late for and late for meetings because I've been working with these dreams, letting them flow in. You just lay there, and they come in, and then often, this is what's cool. Sometimes I'll be writing a dream and as I'm writing one dream, another dream will pop into my head from the night before. And then another and another. And, it's because you're in alignment with that frequency that you're able to download five dreams when you thought you only had one. Really cool stuff. So, the important this is, as soon as you awaken, you are really in an alpha state, which is a drowsy state, and you're still connected to the dream state. You're half here and half there and it's important, at that point, to begin to jot the dream down so you can remember it. You know we have four to six dreams every single night. Additionally, there are 33 billion dreams nightly on the planet. Dreams are very important, and I'll tell you why. They allow, they provide guidance, insight, solutions. They prevent you from getting burned, they prevent you from becoming blindsided, they provide you with prophecy in all of your affairs. Each dream contains a problem and a solution. So, whatever you're thinking about on a daily basis, what's going on in your life right now, is connected, generally, in most cases to the dream you have that night showing you your problem, and guess what? It's giving you a solution. So why ignore the solutions that we're seeking? Just remember your dreams."
