"Now I will take his waist measurement. Now his waist I consider where he would wear his pants. As you can see they are not always worn at the waist nowadays. And his waist measurement that we determined as a waist, is 37 inches. However if they wear them too low on their body they become a little baggy lower down. But a lot of them would prefer to wear them where they generally wear their trousers or pants or jeans or whatever. Now I'm checking something on him because I noticed something but it isn't going to influence. Sometimes if people have a little larger belly area and there's a big difference. There's a little difference on him. He's got a 37 inch waist and a 39 belly. I might note that because the tux has to cover everything. And if they just take a waist and figure like a regular model would wear them, they of course would be straight up and down and the pants would be right at the waist. However most people are not formed that way. So we have to do it as best to make them look like a very formidable person for a formal occasion."
