"When a person comes in, a young man, and wants a tux we first let him select and then we measure him. The measuring process is taken and I measure all his, all his measurements and usually I call them in. I write them down so I don't forget them and I have a form that I write them on. I do, drop your arms, I do a chest measurement and that would be thirty nine inches. Now that would represent his chest. Now we will do an over-arms plus the chest because the tuxedo has to fit on him and some people have very developed arms and are very muscular and some people are very slender. In order to better fit the tux we measure over arms. That measurement is forty nine inches. Now between his chest and the arms is ten inches. That would mean he has fairly developed arms. He might weight, lift weights or do other sports."
