"These bolts are a little larger, so I'm going to have to use a three eighths air ratchet. Now I'm re-installing the windshield wiper post. Now I'm going to re-install windshield wiper. Now I'm going to remove the weather strip off the old gate and re-install it on the new gate. To install the trim weather strip, it is fairly easy just to line it up in the proper position and then press it in firmly. Now, before I re-install the inner trim panel, what I'm going to do is to make sure everything is functioning properly. The windshield wiper, the door locks, the latches, etc. When you're installing a wiper arm, make a note before you install it, where the motor's position is. Otherwise, if the customer turns the vehicle on, or before you test it, what you can do is, the wiper will turn on, wrap around one hundred and eighty degrees off and scratch your paint job or bend or break the motor."
