"The next drink we're going to prepare is called a Blue Hawaiian. This drink can be served straight up, over ice, or blended. Today we're going to do the "over ice" version. If you want to make it blended, all you need to do is whip it up in a blender, and if you'd like to do it straight up you'll want to strain it from the ice in a rocks glass or martini glass, whichever you prefer. So, we're going to start off with, in our shaker full of ice, one ounce of light rum, Blue Curacao, it gives us that beautiful blue color, two ounces of pineapple juice, and one ounce of cream of coconut. You can find this at your grocery store, probably at any liquor store as well. And I'm going to shake that up real good and serve it over ice. Delicious summer drink, garnished with a pineapple wedge, a beautiful Blue Hawaiian."
