Now we're going to do a Mai Thai, which is a fruity island inspired drink. It requires a shaker, go ahead and premix everything in the shaker today. Fill your shaker with ice, and you'll need light rum and dark rum, one ounce of each, one ounce of light rum, one ounce of dark. Once ounce of Triple Sec liqueur.
