"Another great product to use on your scalp and your hair is Vitamin E. Vitamin E can be found in a lot of hair care products generally. It's also very wise to use pure Vitamin E Oil. Now when it comes to Vitamin E. The I.U. amounts will very. This one's very high. It's thirty two thousand and when you read the back, it can tell you how much you can take orally at a time. The higher the amount, the better the quality. Vitamin E Oil is extremely thick. This is only for somebody that's had trouble with their scalp, if they've had a lot of damage from coloring. This, I would only use at the end. You can see how thick it is and how slowly it's coming off of here. This is really thick. I can not stress that enough. I would not put this in a head, prior to styling a hair but rather after the braids have been completed and rubbing it between each little bit of hair. You can see this is really thick. If you rub this on your arm, you'll see it'll just pull all the hair. I recommend using this after the style is complete and just rubbing it in between. This is great, especially in the summer and you're braiding. People can get sun burns in between where the braids go, so this is great to use after you've completed a style."
