"Okay now we're going to do the shadow on the bowl. So what we need to do is mix cobalt blue with permanent rose wanting a deep violet. Best thing to do is to start with the outside edges, and you can use a smaller brush for this. And you want it to go darker, so we're going to add more color. And when it's already wet, in order to get the color down, you just want to apply and dab it. Dab the wet area with the paint. So you want to get really dark violets for your shadow area. And the wet and wet has given us interesting texture. All you have to do is smooth up the bottom edge of the bowl and you're finished. There it is."
