"I'm starting with the ears but it doesn't really matter what you start with. And watercolor paper is just as erasable and just as good as drawing paper for making drawings. You don't have to make the drawing perfect, because when you paint it, it's going to change things to some degree anyway. And you can adjust the drawing while you're painting. It's basically just a guideline for you. And this is a bignette. A bignette means that it's faded out as it goes to the edge."
